Q: Does personal initiation mean to mix up our own individual work with the Mother’s work. which brings desire. ego and other lower elements into the work?

Personal initiation does not mean that – it means oneself being the worker and doing the work for oneself – instead of feeling the work as the Mother’s – done by the Mother’s Force for the sake of the Divine Purpose. Personal action is the result of the personal initiation, for that makes the action personal.
