..know how to keep silent. And not only keep your tongue quiet, but silence your mind, keep the head silent.If you wish to have a true, sincere experience upon which you can build, you must know how to be silent, otherwise you have nothing but what you fabricate yourself, which is equivalent to zero. All that one can say is, “Heavens, what a fashioner my mind is!”
